MARTIAL ARTS FOR ADULTS & CHILDREN
All Kung Fu classes are half an hour.Tai Chi is approx 40 min. Class descriptions are below. To see schedules or join a class, click here. If you're not sure what class is right for you, just try it or email, text, or call with questions. Note: The Path to Kung Fu is free and open to all, ages 8 to 80.

9:00 - Kung Fu Sifu Dario
This is Sifu Dario's weekly 9am class for members. This is for adults only.
5:30 - Kung Fu Teens & Adults, Basics
This is a basic Kung Fu class, open to all levels.
6:15 The Path to Kung Fu: Self Defense -OPEN CLASS
t's a challenge to do real self-defense training in an online class. But we can get ready by working on footwork, combinations, and drills to develop reaction time and awareness. No experience necessary.
3:30 - Kids Kung Fu I
This is the equivalent of our afternoon Tuesday/Thursday kids classes for kids. Usually it’s kids age 7 to 10, but younger kids are welcome.
4:30 - Kids Kung Fu II
This class is focused on orange, green, blue sash techniques as well as tweens and teens. This class is for intermediate level students.
5:30 - Adult Kung Fu All Levels
This is similar to our in-studio Tuesday and Thursday evening Kung Fu class.
6:15 - Tai Chi Chuan
This is our basic Tai Chi class, similar to what we do during our Thursday class. We will be working on the Wu Tai Chi Form and the Yang 24.
12:00 The Path to Kung FU
This is for people who want to try martial arts, are curious about Kung Fu, or just want to stay fit and healthy.
3:30 - Little Eagles Kung Fu
This is similar to our 3:45 Wednesday class where younger kids, ages 5 and up, are welcome.
4:30 - Kids Kung Fu - All Levels
This is a general all levels kids class. All levels welcome.
5:30 - Kung Fu Work Out for Teens and Adults
This is similar to Sifu Julie's 5:30 Wednesday class. All levels are welcome.
6:15 - The Path to Kung Fu Workout - OPEN CLASS
Get to know Shaolin Eagle Claw Kung Fu. In this workout, we'll introduce you to what makes Kung Fu so special. We'll work on fitness, techniques, and self-defense.

12pm - Kung Fu Work Out for Teens and Adults
This is a clas for members.
1pm - Qigong and Tai Chi
This is Mindy's 1pm Saturday class. She and Sifu Julie work on Qigong and afterwards, some relaxing Tai Chi.
10:30 - Kids I - Sunday!
This is similar to our 10:30am Sunday class. It's oriented towards beginners, intermediate, and younger kids
11:30 - Kids II - Sunday!
This is similar to our 9:30am and 11:30am Sunday class. It's oriented towards intermediate/advanced, and older students.
12:30 - Fighting & Self-defense
Though we're online, we can still work on moves and drills good for self-defense. Everyone welcome.
