Besides a free private trial class, there are several ways to explore Eagle Claw Kung Fu or Tai Chi. Here's how you can get started, depending on your goals and interests:
1. Attend our classes - online or in person
We're here to work with you in person or online - it's up to you. We offer a free beginner class for non-members called "The Path of Kung Fu" so you can explore Eagle Claw Kung Fu. See our schedule.

3. Join as a member
Members can attend all classes for one monthly fee. We have several types of memberships. Join as a full monthly member or as a once-a-week member. We have programs for kids, adults and families. You'll see all our options from a full month of classes, to private lessons, and other packages.

When you show up, please observe the following rules:
Where loose comfortable clothing for your first class. A tee shirt and loose workout pants are best. Bring workout shoes or sneakers that you do not use on the street.
Try to be on time.
